Delivery

Delivery prices vary depending on the size of the product you choose, please note that you will be shown the price before you have to enter any card details. Most prices are shown on the product page.

When purchasing a marquee, delivery of accessories and spares is free up to a certain limit. Please note, there will be a delivery fee for linings when not purchased with the 380/500gsm Lining Marquees.

Time Scale

Marquees- Delivery to UK mainland will usually take 1-3 days.

Garden Furniture & BBQs - Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to UK Mainland, especially for large items. We can often get the items out faster but not always.

 

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will contact you using the contact details which you provide.

Please make sure we have a correct contact number for you as this can help speed things up.

We can also deliver overseas, you will need to contact us in order to get a quote on delivery. Alternatively you may be able to arrange a collection using your own courier.

Terms

If you refuse a delivery without prior consent from us you will be liable for the return delivery costs. Likewise if you are not in when the goods are delivered and the driver cannot obtain a signature, the goods will be taken back to the depot. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge to you the customer.

When the goods arrive please:

  • Check that what you are signing for is what you are given e.g. the correct number of parcels as stated on the delivery note given to you by the driver. If you have signed for all the goods and then find that you are short, we will not be liable to incur the cost of replacement items.
  • If any of the goods are damaged please ensure that this is written on the delivery note that you sign.
  • Please check that all items are actually intended for you, in that all labels are addressed correctly to you and not to another customer.
  • Please check your delivery immediately. If you should find any items missing/damaged or incorrectly sent and you have noted this when signing for the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you do not receive your goods within the stated time frame, please contact us and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to determine where the goods are and their estimated delivery time.
