Shopping with us

1.1 You can place an order through us by using our online shopping cart facility, calling our sales hotline or sending an email enquiry.

1.2 If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and any alternative items which you may like. You will also have the oppurtunity to cancel the order for a full refund.


2.1 Although we endeavour to keep all of our prices up to date, all prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

2.2 All prices will be subject to a delivery charge. Delivery charges will be displayed before checkout. (some delivery exceptions may occur) International delivery is available but please contact us prior to placing an order.

2.3 All prices are subject to VAT and a VAT invoice will be provided.


3.1 We always hope that our goods will exceed your expectations, however if you feel the need to return a product, we will try to deal with it as quickly as possible

3.2 We will accept return of goods in original condition, and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of goods. We recommend returning the items to us using a recorded delivery service as you will be responsible for all goods until they are returned to us.

3.3 Before returning any goods, you will first need to contact us. Any goods returned without prior consent will be refused.

3.4 Refunds for goods returned in original condition and with original packaging will be accepted (within 7 days) and refunded within 30 days of receipt. They will also be liable to a 3% transaction fee. Postage will not be refunded.

3.5 In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the fault is not reported within 7 days of receipt you may not be entitled to a full refund.
